Muhammad Shabir of WAPDA won the 2nd stage of the 16th Tour de Pakistan International Cycle Race. Shabir covered the distance of 163km.
Shabir also won the first stage of tour de Pakistan cycle race.

March 13 2011: Rahim Yar Khan-Bahawalpur covering 200km
March 14 2011: Bahawalpur to Multan covering 90km
